If you like the mission Clean House in Modern Warfare 19, these games may hit the spot. Ready or Not is number one on the list and brings some incredible intensity, though comes with a heftier price (especially if you want content early). Zero Hour, on the other hand, is a less refined experience but is much softer on the budget. Both games are in early access, though are progressing with every update.
If you enjoy that close quarters/CQB/breach and clear style of play and want more of that - these games are what I recommend.

Afterconflict is a Realistic Cold War Multiplayer Tactical FPS, wherein the remnants of NATO and Warsaw Pact forces fight to the bitter end during the latter stages of World War 3.

This is the last iteration in the America's Army series that you can still download and play, though you won't find any official servers. I can still hop on and find a few people playing. You're also able to go to the shooting range and through basic training and a few other things.

Alright gamers, this new project is looking to be something really cool. While it's only currently in VERY early stages, it's got a fantastic foundation, and they're doing things right. This is an extraction shooter but it's not the typical extraction shooter - it's more like a "capture the flag" style of extraction shooter. There are a lot of great mechanics, which you'll see in the video down below, that makes it a fresh new take on the genre. 
It's currently VERY early in development, as you'll see by the video, but it's got some great things going for it. The general gameplay loop is as follows:
1. Set up your loadout/perks in the social lobby section of the game, as well as compete in various mini games in this social arena
2. Load into a map with 4 total teams of 3 and compete for resources
3. Kill enemy alien AI and gather resources and equipment from them before heading into battle (optional)
4. Head to one of several resource points to collect a resource to extract
5. Once you grab a resource, an enemy team will be pinged of your location and attempt to steal the resource
6. Fend them off, extract the resource, and either extract or remain in the map for extra resources
7. Upon extraction, use the rewards in the social lobby to improve equipment, perks, and progress your character
8. Repeat

Battlebit is not what you'd expect it to be upon first look. The game surprised me with how good it is. HUGE battlefields with teamwork-oriented classes that offers loads of customization. The game just announced its release in June of 2023. There is an absolutely astonishing amount of destruction in this game to truly make it a sandbox experience. The servers are HUGE with up to 254 players that provide some crazy moments. While I'm not a huge fan of the blocky graphics in games, I'm a huge fan of this gameplay - the most important aspect, anyway, 
The game will be releasing for 15 dollars and you can try it one last time on June 9th-11th prior to the release to determine if you want to buy it.

An upcoming game set in a time when the world has come undone. Supernatural forces and aggressive anomalies inhabit a world where you and your squad are tasked with finding artifacts that are vital to survival. You'll be hunted by not only other squads, but player anomalies, as well. 
The game is set to release in 2024 and I'm very excited about it. From what I can tell, the game is going to be a lot more like Hunt: Showdown than it is something like Tarkov or the DMZ. 
You'll load in, you'll find the artifact, you'll complete different quests for traders, level up your skills, and fight back the evil that surrounds you.

For a world war 1 game, it's actually pretty fun. The player count is the worst part about it, in my opinion, but they provide a hardcore element to it to make it not as "arcadey" as BF1 but also it's not a slog just to get to the action. FREE WEEKEND WITH THE 1.0 RELEASE!

This is Venice Unleashed, the platform used to play Battlefield 3: Reality Mod. If you want to know what the Reality Mod is, well..it's Project Reality 2 but on an updated platform. The game aims to provide a milsim-lite experience (a bit more casual than squad) with large, custom battlefields modified from the original BF3 maps. It's going to be available to the public July 17 2022 into a very early build but will continue to be modified and upgraded over the coming months. It aims to have a large-scale battle of 100+ players with vehicles, airstrikes, and good ole fashioned infantry. Get your gaming on.

Boundary is a multiplayer tactical space-based shooter game, engaging in fierce team vs team zero gravity firefights and executing low-gravity operations on orbiting space installations against other enemy astroperators and other entities.

Chernobylite is somewhat nostalgic for me. I haven't played the STALKER games (at least not yet) but I've heard these are very similar. What I HAVE played, though, is the "All Ghillied Up" and "One Shot One Kill" missions of CoD4 and this is reminiscent of that. Not that the gameplay is similar, by any means, but being in the Chernobyl/Pripyat area reminds me of that time. What's cool about this game is that the team over at the Farm51 ACTUALLY WENT to some of these locations and did 3D scans in order to get an accurate portrayal of the environment. I haven't progressed the story too far, but it's nice because it comes with some "Free Roam" maps that you can just hop in and explore (which is what I did in the video below). Graphics for me are stunning, and I know they're likely even better with all the RTX fancy graphics (I do not have an RTX card so only an assumption).

Contract Wars was originally a browser game. This was one of the predecessors to Escape from Tarkov. There are still some active players, but very few. However, you can still play. Fun fact - the game started off as a mobile game until devs decided to transition to a full-scale PC game. 

Someone's remaking CS:GO in Unreal Engine 5. A short "demo" is available for free to check out the maps and the developer also offers playtests, though you must be a supporter for this. Link is to the discord for more info.

One of the best things about Deadside is it's environment. A gorgeous environment with a massive - MASSIVE - world. The game offers a first person and third person shooter with some lite survival mechanics - these being eating, drinking, and health. The game is currently in early access and despite it's giant size, it doesn't offer any vehicles yet, though those are coming. You can hop onto a server of around 50 players and shoot, loot, gather materials, and build your own custom base. As of now, you can't do anything like cut down trees for this base, so anything you want to add you've got to explore the world to find. One good thing about this game is that it's NOT a zombie shooter - the enemy AI are "scavs." The WORST part about the game, unfortunately, is the gunplay. I'm not a huge fan - but the game is gorgeous enough to keep me coming back occasionally.

Enlisted is a squad-based first person MMO shooter covering key battles from World War II. The game carefully recreates weapons, military vehicles and the atmosphere of that era, while demonstrating really massive clashes of numerous soldiers, tanks and aircraft with artillery and naval support.
Most of the Enlisted game modes simulate a battle involving several infantry platoons and gives the player control over a squad of soldiers with various roles (i.e. submachine gun soldier, sniper, radio operator, rifleman and others), a whole military vehicle crew or an aircraft pilot. One of the fighters is controlled directly, while others move and shoot independently following the player's general orders. In a situation where all the soldiers in the squad have fallen, a player respawns with the next available squad. This decision makes Enlisted battles look massive and spectacular while keeping the input of each individual player in the overall team victory quite significant.
